The keys to life

Take a look at your key ring. Do you know what every key on that ring is for? Of course you do, otherwise you wouldn't be carrying it around with you all the time. Right?

I tend to be a fairly organised person and I like all the little things that have to be done to be in a routine so they can be done almost without thinking. If I have to spend time thinking about something I want it to be important stuff, not just the same stuff I do every day. This means I don't have to worry about whether something that is only regular and mundane, but nonetheless important, has been done or not.

So take a look at the image below of the key ring for our last house.

Old House

We were so used to things that we never gave it any thought. When we needed to open a particular door we knew, from habit, which key to use. The number of keys was only mildly frustrating.

Here are the keys for our new house!

Universal locks have made life much simpler even though we have almost three times as many doors to the new house.

The keys to life is to have less of them.
